Friendly staff, excellent breakfast with traditional dishes, central location with city views, free parking with barrier lock, spacious and clean executive room with great city views.

The staff were great too make sure I had a great experience. Despite a small hiccup with my key card, they quickly resolved the issue and even gave me a traditional key to avoid any further inconvenience. The room wasnice and neat, with a modern and elegant design. The view from the terrace was amazing. The location was convenient, close to the metro and within a reasonable distance of the city center. I had a pleasant stay at Union Plaza and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the city centre, making it easy to explore the vibrant Old Town. The rooms are clean, well-furnished, and have a modern industrial/elegant look. The staff are friendly and provide good service, with one guest mentioning the front of house manager as particularly nice. The rooftop restaurant and bar offer a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience.

The air conditioning in the rooms is not well-directed and cannot be redirected, which may cause discomfort for some guests.

Felt warm, but nothing too troublesome.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the hotel's design and decor. The staff welcomed us warmly and provided really good service throughout our stay. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. We loved starting our day with a delicious breakfast at the rooftop restaurant, where the panoramic view was fine. The food and drinks served there were of top quality, and we enjoyed the wide variety of dishes offered at the restaurant next to the reception. The location of the hotel was also perfect, just a short walk away from a major attraction.

Although the overall experience was great, there were a couple of minor downsides. Some of the rooms still had a bit of unfinished concrete showing, which took away from the otherwise stylish and comfortable atmosphere.

The restaurant had a charming ambiance, and I particularly enjoyed the bar/lounge area in the evening. The room amenities were top notch, including the ironing facilities and minibar. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, giving me a chance to unwind after a busy day exploring.

The hotel facilities were great, with a awesome breakfast offering a wide range of choices, including traditional Romanian dishes. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, making it easy to explore this city and conveniently close to metro and bus stations. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with super clean rooms and towels changed daily. the parking facility was free of charge and always available, making it convenient arriving by car.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the skybar offered a great dining experience with delicious pasta and a pleasing drinks selection. The room was super clean and had a nice view, with a comfortable bed and puffy pillows. The bathroom was big and clean. The hotel had a great central location with views of the entire city.
